Maintaining
Your Vacation Club
Your GEVC Points are backed by Timeshare inventory at various RCI® affiliated resorts. Global Exchange
Vacation Club owns this inventory free and clear (unencumbered). The weeks are deposited in bulk into the
RCI POINTS® Bank annually. RCI® delivers each member’s GEVC Points into their personal accounts.
1. By paying your Annual Assessment (Maintenance Fee), you are ensuring that your Club has sufficient
funds to maintain Club Properties and to perform Club functions. Each Member’s Club dues are
determined by and calculated upon the number of GEVC Points they own. This method is equitable
to all members in that each member only pays for just what they own.
2. RCI PLATINUM® Annual Membership dues are included in your GEVC Signature Membership
Maintenance Fees.
3. The graph (below) reflects an example of the percentage of the total budget allocated to various
cost centers.

Every year your Board of Directors adopts the annual budget and establishes the assessment. Global Exchange Vacation Club is a
mutual benefit, non-profit California Homeowners Association. You must be current with your Maintenance Fees in order to use
your membership.
