performs a separate but important service.
1. Global Exchange Development Corp, with over 100 years of combined experience in the Vacation
Ownership Industry, created your points-based Vacation Club. GEVC, through the Board of Directors,
established the overall vision, goals, and objectives of the Club. It is the only Club of its type affiliated
with and powered by RCI POINTS®.
2. Global Exchange’s management company provides professional management services for your Club.
These services include structuring, staffing and day to day management of Club operations.
3. Equiant Financial Services Inc. is the loan servicing company.
